Cancellation Policy
📌 General Booking Policy – WanderTrip Travel Specialist 🗓️ Reservations - All bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure. - Full payment is required upon booking confirmation to secure your slot. - Group or customized tours should be booked at least 7 days in advance. 🧾 Payment Methods - Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or secure online payment portal (details provided upon booking). - All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. 👤 Participant Information - Guests must provide accurate information (e.g., full name, dietary restrictions, emergency contact). - For age-specific tours, participants may be required to present valid identification. 📬 Confirmation & Vouchers - A booking confirmation and digital tour voucher will be sent via email upon successful payment. - This voucher must be presented (digital or printed) on the day of the tour. 🔁 Changes & Modifications - You may request changes to your booking (e.g., date or guest count) up to 48 hours before the tour—subject to availability. - Requests made within 48 hours may incur additional charges or be declined. ❌ Cancellation & Refund - Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the tour: 100% refund - Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the tour: 50% refund - Cancellations made less than 24 hours or no-shows: non-refundable - Force majeure (extreme weather, natural disasters) may entitle you to a reschedule or refund at WanderTrip's discretion. 🧳 Minimum Participation & Tour Adjustments - A minimum number of participants may be required for certain group tours.
